Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekly off or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated as below.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on:

– your delivery address;
– problems or delays processing your payment; and
– circumstances impacting delivery by the courier service.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and correct at the time of order. If an error is made Sicons the pet safari will not refund or credit for any orders delivered to the wrong location.

Sicons the pet safari reserve the right to cancel the contract between the customer, in an unlikely case, if:
– we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
– we are not able to deliver to your area
